Before entering real estate, I spent more than 25 years in the home improvement industry, giving me firsthand experience with many of the products and projects that go into making a house a home. Throughout my career, I worked with windows, doors, siding, cabinetry, flooring, and other home-improvement products. That experience has given me a practical understanding of construction, remodeling, home condition, and the features that can add value to a property.
As a U.S. Army veteran, I also understand the importance of service, commitment, accountability, and putting people first. I bring those same principles to my real estate career. Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer find the right home, assisting someone relocating to the Eastern Shore, or helping a homeowner prepare and market a property for sale, my goal is to provide honest guidance, attention to detail, and dependable service throughout the entire process.
I chose to live and work at the beach because I truly believe the Delaware and Maryland coast offers an exceptional quality of life. Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, and the surrounding coastal communities offer a unique combination of beautiful beaches, outdoor activities, great restaurants, local businesses, and a welcoming community. I enjoy the warm summers, relatively mild winters, and the fact that there is always something to do—whether it’s spending time near the water, exploring the local area, or simply enjoying the relaxed coastal lifestyle.
Another advantage of living here is the location. The Eastern Shore provides the opportunity to enjoy a coastal lifestyle while remaining within a reasonable driving distance of major metropolitan areas such as Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C. Major airports and transportation connections also make it convenient to travel throughout the United States and around the world.
For me, real estate is about more than buying and selling property. It’s about helping people find a place where they can build their lives, create memories, and enjoy the lifestyle they want. Having spent decades working with homeowners and understanding the details that go into maintaining and improving a property, I bring a different perspective to the real estate process.
